Horrific: Castrated Dog Found Wandering in East Worcester, New York

The New York State Police (NYSP) are seeking assistance in identifying the individual responsible for castrating a dog, possibly in the East Worcester area.

The dog, a brown male with white paws, was found wandering on State Highway 7 near the intersection of Booker Hollow Road in East Worcester last week. Estimated to be around 5 years old with a calm demeanor, he was rescued by good Samaritans and taken to a veterinarian in Latham for stabilization.

He has since been transferred to the Susquehanna SPCA, where he is recovering. Anyone with information is urged to contact the New York State Police at (607) 561-7400.
