On Monday morning Delaware County Sheriff's Office Investigators charged 21 year old Devyn Clum of Bloomville, with one class B violent felony charge of Arson in the Second Degree and one class C felony charge of Arson in the Third Degree.

Clum is accused of intentionally setting fire to a vacant building located on County Highway 33 in Bloomville on Halloween night, 2012, that subsequently started a fire at an occupied neighboring residence. Sheriff’s Investigators also arrested and charged Clum with Burglary in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny. Clum is accused of breaking into a seasonal residence on Sunrise Mountain Road in Bloomville during the summer of this year and stealing various power tools, many of which were recovered by Sheriff’s Investigators. State Police Investigators also arrested and charged Clum with Arson in Third Degree in relation to their investigation of another arson fire on Halloween night, 2012, involving a building located on State Highway 10 in Bloomville.  State Police also charged Clum with Burglary in the Second Degree in relation to a 2014 burglary at a seasonal residence on County Highway 33 in Bloomville.

Clum was arraigned in the Town of Stamford Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 cash bail pending a future appearance in that court.
