I was finally able to get a phone connection through to my brother Jim and his wife Sandy who live in Houston.  Unfortunately, they also have a small home in Rockport, Texas.  Both of these places have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey.  Jim tells his story below during a phone interview to my show......
