I must admit, I'm a bit of a movie snob.  I am not easily impressed and have a hard time finding movies to watch that I even remember the next day.  I just watched a movie that recently came out on Netflix that is hands down, the best movie I've seen in years!  It's one of those rare films that had me saying "Wow!" when it was done.

I'm talking about "The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Society", based on the novel by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows.  This film stars Lily James who plays writer Juliet Ashton, who ends up meeting members of the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, whom she forms a special bond with.  The story takes place post WWII but of course interweaves war trauma into the story.  It's a riveting, glorious tale with breath-taking cinematography and wonderful acting!  This is a movie I would watch again and I almost never watch a movie again.
