Bassett Mobile Coach Offering Upcoming Cancer Screenings

If you are an uninsured or underinsured woman between the ages of 40-64, you can receive free breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings. If you are a man aged 50-64, you can receive a free colorectal cancer screening.  These free screenings are offered through The Cancer Services Program of the Central Region, covering Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie, Madison, Herkimer and Oneida Counties, via their cancer screening mobile coach.

This program is available, regardless of income and if you don't fit into the age categories mentioned above and have a family history of the covered screenings, call the The Cancer Services Program of the Central Region at 1-888-345-0225.

To take advantage of the free screenings there will be two scheduled community visits

from the mobile coach in our area:

Sunday October 6th at the Fly Creek Cider Mill's "Big Squeeze" Event.

Thursday October 24th at the Southside Mall in Oneonta.

If you have insurance coverage, you can still take advantage of this convenient opportunity to get screened.  Your insurance will be billed accordingly.
