Are you Tough Enough for the Tuff enuff 5K Challenge on July 4th? [Audio]

Imagine obstacles, sweaty bodies, lots of cheering, and TONS of mud and you've got the Tuff enuff 5K Challenge on July 4th in Neahwa Park, Oneonta to benefit the LEAF Council on Alcohol and Addictions. This is a first time for an event like this in Oneonta and people are excited about it as a great personal challenge to complete or just something different and fun.

I talked with organizers Julie Dostal of LEAF and Stacy Mitchell of Body by Stacy and you can listen in and get all the event details.
