April 29 Update on COVID-19 Cases in Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego Counties
We continue to keep you updated on confirmed cases in our tri-county region of Central New York. As of yesterday afternoon, according to The New York State COVID-19 Tracker, the total number of cases are holding at 95 in Chenango County for the second day in a row. Delaware County Public Health is also reporting a hold at 69 confirmed coronavirus cases and now in Otsego County there are 65 total COVID-19 cases.
According to the NYS Department of Health, there are currently 295,106 cases of confirmed COVID-19 in the state with 3110 new cases confirmed statewide yesterday.
Please note that the number of confirmed cases does not reflect the actual number of cases because of limited testing for the virus.
