Another Arrest In O’Connor Murder

Another arrest is made in the murder of an 11 year girl from Morris. According to New York State Police, Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding, of Norwich, was arraigned Friday on first degree murder charges in the July 30th death of Jacelyn O’Connor and is being held without bail pending

another court appearance today.

Last week James Brower was also charged with first degree murder and so far authorities haven’t said what connected Rundstrom-Wooding to O’Connor’s death.

A candlelight vigil is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight at the old main entrance of Morris Central School.
