A YouTube Video Sets New Record for Most Views [Video]

Unless you live under a rock, chances are you've either heard of "Gangnam Style" or at least seen someone trying to pull off the horse dance move from the video.  "Gangnam Style" by PSY has become the first YouTube video to get one billion views. Justin Bieber's "Baby," the second most popular video on YouTube, isn't expected to earn one billion views until late 2014.
