911 Phone Service Restored to Westford Residents

As of 5:30 pm Monday evening, Verizon personnel have completed temporary repairs to the severed phone line in the Town of Westford.

These repairs have returned phone services, including 911, to the majority of the affected residents. Due to the extent of damage to the phone line, some damage may not be apparent, and anyone who is still experiencing issues with their phone line is asked to contact Verizon repair at 1-800-837-4966.

Additional repairs will be on going through the week, however, no further extended outages are expected.
