Laurens Man Arrested For Assault

On January 13, 2014, state police at Oneonta arrested Lamar T. Jones, 33, of Laurens, NY for assault.

The arrest resulted from a dispute at the Valley View Trailer Park on County Road 11 in Laurens, NY. The investigation determined that Mr. Jones had punched and injured the victim.

He was arraigned in the Town of Laurens Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

An order of protection was issued by the court.
