Winter Weather Advisory Issued

It looks like Old Man Winter's grace period for snow is over.  The National Weather Service has issued (subject to change) a Winter Weather Advisory from 1pm today through 6pm Tuesday for Otsego and Delaware Counties.   

The range of expected snow accumulation is 3 TO 7 inches.  The NWS is also warning of blowing and drifting snow as it reduces visibility while traveling, with the potential threat of downed tree limbs and power lines.  Gusts up to 25 mph are possible.
