The United Way of Delaware and Otsego County has brought back the Alan Donovan award to recognize outstanding community leaders from Otsego and Delaware counties. The award was established in the name of former SUNY Oneonta President Alan Donovan.  Area residents are encouraged to vote for one of the following 9 nominees for this award:

Pastor Teressa Sivers
