The City of Oneonta, NY, Hartwick College, and The State University of Oneonta will present The 37th annual Mayor's Cup soccer tournament this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This free admission tournament features the longest-running Division I men's tournament in the country, as well as Division-III play for men and women.
