For the past ten years, the Voice! art exhibit presented by the ARC Otsego has displayed works by many artists with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. This year to celebrate the tenth annual it will be bigger than ever with the exhibition featuring over 56 works of art from artists all over NY State. This event opens with a free, pubic reception this Friday, July 18th from 5-7pm at the Martin-Mullen Art Gallery, Fine Arts Building, SUNY Oneonta. The reception includes music, refreshments, art for sale, and over $1,400 in prize money to be awarded. Listen as lynne A.
