Some people are lucky to never experience insomnia. Unfortunately, New Yorkers aren't among those people.

Are you noticing on cloudy days that you are experiencing some level of depression and low energy?

We all complain when it rains and it's dark day after day, and that's what we've certainly been getting our share of here in Central New York but it's not just something to complain about when you notice you're getting the "blues" every day.

I think this funny picture reflects how many of us feel on this first day of Spring.  The ground is still covered in snow and the temperatures are still reflecting Winter and yet, the calendar says it should be otherwise.  What can we do to invite the spirit of Spring?  Here are a few of my suggestions:
