SUNY Oneonta To Implement New Minimum Salary For Part-Timers

Effective in the fall semester of 2016, SUNY Oneonta will implement a new minimum salary for part-time faculty members.   The starting pay for a three-credit course will increase from $2,500 to $3,000. Adjunct faculty who currently earn less than $3,000 for a three-credit course will also receive an increase to $3,000. In addition, full-time faculty and professional staff teaching course overloads or courses for extra-service pay will receive $3,000 for a three-credit course. This change will affect more than 100 members of the campus community.
