SUNY Delhi has been ranked among the country's "Most Affordable Colleges for Incoming Freshman with Financial Need" by Student Loan Report. The ranking, based on Peterson's college data, examined need-based scholarships and grants to incoming freshmen at more than 1,000 colleges.
