Snow Advisory Hits Otsego County

Hold onto your hats because the National Weather Service has issued a Lake Effect Snow Advisory for Northern Otsego County, although all of the county will experience windy conditions today (January 5) which could cause downed tree limbs, potentially causing power outages.
