Sidney EMS Receives Federal Grant

Sidney EMS is the recipient of nearly $15,000 in federal money to improve their ability to protect the health and safety of the public. U.S. Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand announced the grant came from the Department of Homeland Security’s Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program. Specifically, the funding will allow Sidney EMS to purchase critical safety and operations supplies.
