State Senator James Seward has received top marks from leading small business advocacy group, the National Federation of International Business. Senator Seward’s score of 91 was the top mark issued in the senate, tying him with Senator Lee Zeldin. The NFIB scores are based on each legislator’s voting record on key business issues. The announcement from NFIB comes just after Unshackle Upstate, another leading business advocacy group, released a scorecard with Senator Seward scoring a perfect grade of 100.
