Proposed $100M Town of Oneonta Conference Center

Town of Oneonta leaders and the public got their first look at plans to build a $100

million conference center at a Wednesday night meeting. A Utica TV station reports developer Matthew Ward and architect Paul Deeley showed their proposal to build the center at the old Harrison farm on County Route 8. The plans include space for corporate retreats along with experiential lodging and , the design relies heavy on green technologies such as alternative energy.
