According to an OtsegoNow press release, last night the Town of Oneonta Planning Board reviewed and approved the proposed full-build-out of the remaining acreage in the newly named Oneonta Business Park (formerly Pony Farms).  The site is owned by the Otsego County IDA and received approval for up to 400,000 square feet of mixed use development.  A conceptual site plan provides for up to three buildings, 170 parking spaces and a mixture of uses including warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing.  With this approval the Otsego County IDA can move forward and market the site.
