OHS Alumni Weekend Is Coming

This coming weekend, October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th is an action-packed weekend for Oneonta High School Alumni with Alumni Weekend.  Alumni weekend is open to everybody.  It doesn’t matter what year you graduated, or if your class is hosting a reunion event.

The weekend is always in this format: Golf on Friday morning, a large gathering in the Armory on Friday evening, an induction ceremony on Saturday morning in the auditorium, a tailgate party followed by a homecoming football game on Saturday afternoon. Our largest gathering was about 400 alumni and spouses/ significant others in the Armory on October 4th, 2014.

Below, you can check out the specific schedule of events:

Friday October 2nd  

• The Golf tournament is FULL
• Gathering at the Armory:  6pm start time (no early entry) with $10 cover charge- finger food and beverages

Saturday October 3rd

• Induction Ceremony at the High School starts at 12:00.  Inductees should be there at 11:30am.
• Alumni Luncheon in the small gym starting at 1:30pm
• Football game starts at 3:00 vs. Windsor Black Knights - there will be a brief Half Time ceremony honoring Vietnam veterans from OHS
• Homecoming Court
• Spaghetti dinner- Boys and Girls club

Sunday October 4th

• Breakfast at the Elks
• Pit Run at 10:45am
