According to Governor Cuomo's Office, Agencies in Delaware and Schoharie Counties are receiving New York State funding to add case managers. A grant for just over $153,000 to Delaware Opportunities, Inc. and one to Catholic Charities of Schoharie County for just under $145,000 were awarded from the federal Victims of Crime Act and state Criminal Justice Improvement Account. It’s part of $20.4 million awarded statewide to 86 victim assistance programs. Case managers will be funded for three years with an option for a two-year renewal
