Huntington Memorial Library in Oneonta has been in the throes of a construction project to remove asbestos and put in new insulation to improve energy efficiency.  The job is taking longer than expected and the library has announced that they will be tentatively closed until Saturday, February 16th. Also, there will be no overdue fees assessed for the duration of the closing.  The first week of Winter/Spring programs are cancelled as well.
