The Fokine Ballet Company production of “The Nutcracker” takes place tonight and tomorrow at SUNY Oneonta’s Goodrich Theater. The 31st-annual production is based on director Donna Decker’s grandmother Alexandra Fedorova Fokine’s restaging of the original production for the Ballet Russe in 1940, and on her mother Irine Fokine’s 1957 version. Performances are tonight at 7:00 p.m. tonight and tomorrow with a 1:00 p.m. matinee tomorrow preceeded by a “sweets and treats” event for kids at 11:00 a.m.
