It's the 5th Annual Susquehanna Hot Air Balloon Festival, August 31st to September 2nd in Neahwa Park, Oneonta.  See balloons launch on Friday at 6pm, Saturday at 6am and 6:30pm, and Sunday at 6am.  

Friday night features live music, string style with The String Bean Band at 6pm, followed by Ben & The Merry Makers.  Food and refreshments will be available Friday and Saturday evening.  On Saturday, there will be a classic car show starting at noon, a bike ride registration at 1pm, more live music--different styles of blues, from 6pm to 8pm featuring Reservoir Road, Hens Tooth, Full Moon Condition, and Hagalicious.  Then it's the  "Balloon Glow" at 8pm with hot air balloons lit up, a beautiful sight to see!
