If you've never been to The Swart-Wilcox House, built in 1807 and Oneonta's oldest house, now is the time to check it out.  The Museum is having a Summer Sunday Series beginning on Sunday, July 12 from 1 to 3 pm.  This Sunday's event focuses on doll beds and will be presented by Barbara Blanchard.

In the early '90's, Barbara saw a collection of doll beds at a quilt show in Vermont and fell in love with them. She began buying them at garage sales and flea markets, and received some as gifts. She now owns about 30 little, old doll beds, each with its own quilt and pillow made by her. Come and share her passion. Both kids and adults will enjoy this.

To find The Swart-Wilcox House, head down River Street in Oneonta.  It's located on Wilcox Ave., across from Riverside School.
