Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that New York’s annual free Learn-to-Swim program will be available at State Parks across New York including Glimmerglass State Park in Cooperstown and Gilbert Lake State Park near Laurens. The 2017 season will include hundreds of individual classes taught for all ages and levels varying from swim lessons to water safety presentations building on the instruction
