Arrest Of Wanted Woman Turns Into Four Arrests

An arrest on Friday of a Delaware County woman wanted on an outstanding warrant resulted in three other arrests because the trio interfered with the woman being taken into custody. Jennifer Fogliano of Masonville was being sought for failure to appear in court and when police went to arrest her Fogliano along with Jarred Cutting and Andrew Baker, both of Masonville along with Ashley Murphy, of Sidney Center locked themselves in rooms throughout the residence and refused to comply with lawful orders. Authorities say Murphy was also in possession of methamphetamine.
