Annie Hubbard Answers Her Own Missing Person Report

Annie HubbardCity of Oneonta Police say Patricia Ann “Annie” Hubbard called the department Tuesday to tell them she is okay.

She had been missing for nearly a month and was last seen on June 19 after a city bus dropped her off near the Dollar General on Chestnut Street.

She called the police because she had heard that she had been reported missing.

Police say they correctly identified her through personal information she gave over the phone. She had been residing in a shelter outside Oneonta.
