Two students from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY have been killed after their plane crashed in a wooded area in Morrisville, NY.  University officials have identified the students as freshmen Cathryn "Carey" Depuy and Ryan Adams, both 19-years-old and from Ridgefield, Connecticut.

The two had just left Hamilton Municipal Airport when their single-engine plane went down.  It happened at about 1pm on Sunday, September 20th.  The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.  Colgate officials have postponed or canceled some of today's campus events and are making counseling available. A community vigil has been scheduled for 7:30pm tonight.
